Mindfulness & Meditation Workshops


Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to them. This workshop provides an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness and Meditation. Extensive information will be provided on what mindfulness is, how to develop mental awareness and promote mental relaxation through exercises and techniques adaptable to everyday life and in the workplace.

We offer a variety of services and programmes, so don't worry if you're unable to make it to one of our workshops. We offer Skype coaching sessions, as well as 1-2-1 support, which are ideal if you are looking for personalised guidance in a specific area of your life. 


We can all use a hand sometimes, and as your coach, it is our goal to meet you where you are in your journey and help to make the shifts needed to realise your goals. Everyone is unique and together we will tailor the process to match your personal needs and lifestyle.
