Sisters with a mission...

  Lisa

Lisa is a Mindfulness Teacher, Life Coach and mum to two children. She is a self confessed sunset addict and compassionate vegan with a grateful heart, born and raised with her sister Michelle in the East Midlands, UK.

After facing adversity when her 3 month old daughter was diagnosed with a life limiting health condition, Lisa's life was turned upside down. She eventually suffered debilitating stroke-like symptoms, brought on by continuous worry, stress and anxiety. Juggling family life, hospital appointments and extreme OCD, along with her own deteriorating ill health, Lisa was heading for burnout. It was only when she hit rock bottom physically, mentally and emotionally; that it forced her to search for a deeper purpose to it all.

Believe it or not, it was the simple sentence "Now is all you ever have..." that transformed her life and brought on a deep and intense awakening. Lisa became vegan overnight and completely shed all of the mind created sense of self that she had been carrying.

She now lives in total harmony with the Universe and has re-built her health using a combination of a plant-based diet, natural remedies, meditation & manifestation.

She is healthier and happier than ever before and wants to share her secrets with the world!

 Michelle

Michelle is a Mindfulness Teacher and Life Coach, currently training in CBT and NLP. Mum to a grown up daughter and Fiance to her partner of 6 years. She is a compassionate vegan and animal lover with an ongoing thirst for knowledge and a natural/holistic approach to living.

After having her daughter at only 18 years old, Michelle was thrown into the deep end of adulthood. She became a single parent 2 yrs later and entered the corporate 9 to 5 world to support them both. Working long and soul destroying office hours coupled with another failed (and this time highly destructive) relationship later, Michelle sank into depression and was eventually signed off work by her Doctor.

It was around this time that Michelle had her first 'mini' awakening. She knew she wasn't made for the typical 9 to 5, but still had no sense of direction or feeling of purpose. A meeting with a careers advisor hastily concluded that she liked Fashion...

Fast forward 5 years and despite gaining her degree and entering the world of Fashion Buying, Michelle found herself back in a corporate 9-5 and once again feeling empty & unfulfilled. However, unlike last time, she had now accumulated a vast amount of knowledge on the subjects of Spirituality, LOA, Manifesting, Mindfulness & Meditation; and had helped many of her friends and family find their purpose in life. This time she knew the next step, but lacked the courage to take it.

The push she needed came in the form of a broken heart and the death of her beloved dog Barney - her best buddy and faithful companion for the last 11yrs. The sudden loss triggered a mortality wake up call. One moment you're here, the next moment you're not. Live the life you want to live now, don't wait. She now wants to help others realise and live their Soul'spurpose and become the best version of themselves.

"No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."
